Identity Provisioning for Cloud Services

These connectors allow for Novell and Sun IDM to provision accounts to Windows Live including LiveMail (Hotmail) and Outlook Live. Additionally, then can be used for Microsoft Online (soon!) and Exchange 2010 (on-premise). They maintain account details, delete user accounts as well as synchronise passwords and suspend and restore accounts.

Support for Outlook Live R4 has recently been added. The following features are supported:
  • Provisioning Mailbox, MailUser and MailContact objects
  • Creation and management of Distribution Lists (Security and native DL's) as well as Dynamic Distributions Lists
  • Password Synchronisation from Novell eDirectory
  • Support for the provisoninig of resource mailboxes (Room, Equipment)
  • Enable/disable mailboxes coming soon!


Novell IDM Connector


Novell or Sun IDM (Oracle soon!)

The connector is available for either Novell IDM (IDM 2.0 and above) or Sun IDM (Sun IDM 7.0 and above - in alpha) and can be deployed to any platform supported by these Identity Management suites.

Cross Platform support

The LiveMail connector is written in pure Java run's equally well on either a Windows or Unix/Linux platform. The Outlook Live connector requires a Windows server to run a COM based Windows Service, though the Remote Loader is supported on any platform IDM is supported.
